TidyNigeria App Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TidyNigeria mobile application (“TidyNigeria App” or “App”), provided by TidyNigeria a program by FABE INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION. (“TidyNigeria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the TidyNigeria App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TidyNigeria App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Use of the TidyNigeria App
(a) Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the TidyNigeria App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
(b) License: Subject to these Terms, TidyNigeria grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the TidyNigeria App for your personal, non-commercial use.
(c) Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Modifying, adapting, or hacking the TidyNigeria App.
- Transmitting unsolicited messages (spam) or any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the TidyNigeria App.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the TidyNigeria App or its related systems or networks.
3. User Accounts
(a) Account Registration: In order to access certain features of the TidyNigeria App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
(b) Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TidyNigeria immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use the TidyNigeria App.
5. Intellectual Property
The TidyNigeria App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by TidyNigeria or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the TidyNigeria App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE TIDYNIGERIA APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TIDYNIGERIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL TIDYNIGERIA OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE TIDYNIGERIA APP.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
TidyNigeria reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and such modifications or revisions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the TidyNigeria App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
