TidyNigeria Project by FABE

The TidyNigeria Project

“Tidy Nigeria Project by FABE” empowers community women to combat the effects of climate change through our “Experiential Advocacy” approach. In our quarterly community clean-up programs, we educate, train, and inspire eco-sustainability while promoting technology-driven recycling methods. Our community women are incentivized for the waste they recover and recycle. With research revealing that only 9% of plastic produced has been recycled, our efforts are crucial, especially in Eti-Osa Coastal Communities, where plastic waste is devastating fish populations and impacting fishermen’s livelihoods.

TidyNigeria

Tidy Nigeria” engages local communities to build resilience to the effect of climate change through our “Experiential Advocacy” brand. We achieve this through our quarterly community cleanup programs where we teach, train, and trade sustainability.
